I didn't know there was a lookout on the Dragon...I must've been riding too fast

 

Did it in mid October, it was a day trip renting a bike. Only did the dragon and cherohala but the colors were great more so higher up.

 

Being from the Carolinas I have probably done those rides 50 times and I can tell you they never get old! Simply some of the most beautiful scenery in the country! I'll be back up there in 2 weeks. I can't wait!

 

It's at the very end assuming you started at the Deal's Gap "resort".
