Breather bolts

Default Breather bolts

Anyone have used these breather bolts on their bike and how did they work? Thanks in advanced.

I would just use the bolts you have and vent it to atmosphere. Some tubing and connectors are all you need. I have not used the bolts you show but some people have complained about them. Here is a link to how I did mine if its helpful

I have been using similar breather bolts by DK customs for 2 years now and have had 0 problems with oil misting.

Do you get any oil that drips out of the filters if they get saturated? Seems like that coud be messy. How often do they need to be changed?

Two weeks with the DK customs Breather Bolts on my 14 Fat Bob. 0 problems, no misting what so ever.

I just changed my "14 Lo out last night to the tubing system. The intake did have a bit of oil on the inside but I don't think enough that the bolts would be dripping or misting. I was just being cheap 'cause of the freight train nacelle I just ordered but I'll probably be going to the bolts eventually. I like the clean look and they come in black!

I have cleaned them about 2-3 times a year with hot water and dawn dish soap. Takes less then 10 min to take them out clean them and re install.
