I'm wanting to relocate my license plate on my '04 Heritage Softail. Since it leaves the mounting holes on top, can someone advise what I can use to fill the empty holes? Thanks in advance

HD part number: 10040 or 90469-94

Those are both black "plugs" but in 2 different sizes.
