Cruising vibration
SO I just got a 94 Dyna Can I balance the front wheel my self . Or do I have to bring it to my local shop .I feel a vibration at cursing speeds maybe around 40 . the guy I got the bike from said his brother in law ran into the back of his sister in law bent the forks and he replaced all the bent parts but I wanted to check the front wheel for balance and maybe even trueness .

You can do exactly that! The technique is to rotate the wheel slowly, so it turns over say one revolution and mark where it stops. Repeat several times, to see if it stops in the same place, when you can add a weight on the opposite rim. Then repeat until it never stops in the same place.
