I bought my bike from the dealer's rental fleet with 8K miles.
There is a service campaign/recall related to the clutch reservoir.
Is there any way to verify the dealer took care of this recall prior to getting it to me. They claimed to have performed a full case service and applied any firmware/recalls/etc. prior to selling it to me a week or so ago.
I just want to verify they did.

 

If it's not recorded under your SWR (Service Writer's Report) per your VIN, then I'd say not done. Any dealer can pull up your SWR.

last week with my vin it showed open campaigns. Right now the campaigns is not "online."
