Default Idle

I have an '07 Road Glide with about 18,000 miles. Sporadically, it would decide not to idle. Didn't happen often and when it did, I could shut it off and let it sit for a couple of hours and it would run/idle fine. Doesn't seem to affect the way it runs otherwise. Starting to happen more frequently. Any thoughts?

07's had a propensity for the idle screw to become loose and back out. Only proper way to reset it is to monitor IAC steps while adjusting. Also check for intake leaks.

Might be the IAC being dirty.....

Take a shop rag and stuff it in the throttle body........the IAC is that hole at 12 o'clock inside the throttle body.......spray some cleaner UP into the IAC while toggling the kill switch off and on.....Bike ignition should be turned ON but dont try to start it...... then see how much chit comes out on the shop rag......should be fine after that.
Ask me how I know.......
