did all 1966 flh models come standard with kick and electric start

I think so I had a friend who had a 1966 it had both Later I had a 1979 flh it did not have a kicker they were available for a fee

I believe kick start became optional in 70, with the shovel engine, but not 100% sure. They all were badged as FLH, and had both in 1966
