I was cheap I just re jet my carb added a k&n filter and modded my back plate. Runs strongand breathes well.

 

Your '07 FLHX has a 46mm throttlebody on it if it's still in stock form. They don't make one of those air-cleaners to fit your bike. You can buy the one made for a 2010 Dyna since you don't have the throttle by wire system and then try to adapt it somehow. I don't know if it will bolt right up or not though. Part # 29400167. I think that you or anybody else should have your head examined for wanting to buy a $500 air cleaner but that's just me. Good luck!
