Loose the extensions and solder on connections so they dont pull apart as you drag the wires through the bars!

Unhappy what went wrong

thanks for reply but have extensions already soldered together.plus they are outside the bars and checked contiunity back to original wiring down to end of pins on new extensions and every thing is fine but still no headlights, signal lights,no fuel pump cutting in and wont even turn over.only brake lights ,dash lights and all signal lights are on but wont flash.what a frustrating mess.

Then you must have wires in the wrong places in the connectors

Default what went wrong?

took pins out of connector and put them directly into other connector and every thing worked.seems that the pins werent pushed in far enough in connector to make contact as they were bent a little and were not going right through the tiny holes.Had to bend every one of them to go in place.what a relief when it all worked.Took bike out for run and i noticed my gas hand not working which is not to serious but will have to have a look at it another day.anyway tanks for taking the time to reply. It is very much appreciated.
