Good question! Probably. I suggest you call in the Hacked forum and ask there, that is where all the three wheeler brigade hang out.

What year is the sidecar? the area that would concern me would be the rear mount that mounts on the swingarm bracket, you may have some alignment problems if the frame is wider on the newer frame. If the outside width of the bike frame is the same as the older frame where the swingarm mount it should work. You probably will just need to fabricate or change a couple things , when I put a 89 sidecar on a 07 bike the only significant change was the rear master cylinder had to have the remote reservoir lit to function , on some bikes you may need to extend the oil pressure sending unit to clean the front tube on the hack

 

all except brakes dot 4 on your bike dot 5 on sidecar and can't mix brake fluids it will ruin seals in caliber

 

I am in search of update caliber o rings my self since I have 2002 side car (DOT 5) and fitting it on my 2010 ultra limited (DOT 4)

 

Never mind after doing the research you can hook up the sidecar and use the brakes because the books call for the same caliber rebuild kit whether it is dot 5 or 4
