Default Air Filter Help

I have an after market air intake on my 96 road King with the 80inch EVO. It was on the bike when I bought it. It appears to be a K&N, but the crankcase breather tube goes directly into the filter (on the bottom) and not into the intake tube. My rubber filter fitting has ruptured and I need to get a new filter, but I have no idea what kind of filter this is. There are no markings of any type that i can find. I put a Harley Air Filter cover on it, but it is not screaming eagle. Does anyone out there know this kind of filter and intake? This is my daily rider!
