Help please:

I have a 2008 Night Train with a 113. I am looking for recommendations on an upgraded starter. I have already upgraded the battery and cables, it also has compression releases as well. It was tuned to use the stock started. To me it feels like its is starting hard.

Have also re placed the spark plugs and cables.

Please provide advice and recommendations for better starters. I also would like to know if I have to upgrade the voltage regular also.

Thanks for you time and help,

Try it only using the rear compression release (if they are manual ones) most people don't realize using both compression releases makes it hard for the motor to start, because the crank sensor requires a certain amount of compression to count which stroke the engine is on.
