Will the motors and trans be ok?

Depends on how hot it got. Chrome may look like nickel plate...seen that happen.

My uncle ran his own insurance firm and always advised to steer clear of fire damaged goods! If your car catches fire, open the doors and let it burn to a crisp. I wouldn't touch any fire damaged bike, unless it was free.

Now way to tell for sure without more info, but they can take a lot. I turned this into that and it's my favorite bike that I have right now.
