Default Help ... Gas leak and I'm on the road

Help ... I'm on the road and I have a gas leak. It's leaking right between the chrome piece and the actual gas line (the line closest to the driver) ... I am not sure what the problem is and how to fix it ... Any suggestions?

By chrome piece, do you mean the petcock (shutoff)?

It is possible to replace both o-rings in that fitting. I used a dental pick to get the one out of the tank fitting and a small flat punch to put it back in.

I replied to your other thread as well. I fixed my leak this way, and it can be done fairly easily.
