Hey I have a 2nd bike which is a rd king 2005 FLHPI police. It has an air ride seat and I'm 6'1 and I can touch the ground ok. I want to put a lower seat on it for my old man so he can have the bike(going to surprise him) but he's shorter and needs a lower seat.
Does anyone know what will fit his model?
The police seats are a bit screwy

I went with a mustang solo with the backrest and like it..

 

And it dropped you quite a bit?
Did you take out all the plastic underneath?
Also did you take the air ride box off the side in the bag

 

Also have an 06 Road king police with a bare bones seat with no back rest.. Mostly for showSeat is very low but can not ride it more than 100 miles at a time.

 

I have a 2up Corbin on my '97 ex-cop bike. Unladen seat height is maybe 29" with the stock suspension.
