Need a hitch for the 2015 Ultra Limited and wanted your opinions, please.


I've seen one of the hidden hitches advertised here, that is easy to put on, but can't wait 3 weeks. Need to take off for Mexico within a week.


Any input?

 

I like the mchitch I recently installed. Had a Bushtec hitch, but found the mchitch to be a better built product. The primary reason I changed my hitch was the mchitch has their vertical supports following the shape of the rear fender. This allowed me to easily mount the remote reservior for my ohlin shocks behind the saddlebag. I couldn't do that with the Bushtec hitch.

I agree with mchitch recommendation. I like the one I have for my trike.

 

Called Bushtec. They sent their hitch which was complete beyond my wildest dreams. Install time was about an hour taking my time. They also sent the right harness and isolator for the bike (canbus) so NO cutting was required. Again. it went in smoothly in about 30 minutes. The quality is simply outstanding. Just my 2 cents.

 

just remember that adding a hitch voids factory warranty, so no stopping for service at dealerships along the way

 

I'd be more concerned about your insurance.I don't believe you're covered in Mexico unless you purchase a seperate policy.just sayin.
