Default Sportster Frankenstein Trike conversion

I recently converted my 04 Sportster 1200 Roadster into a Frankenstein Trike for disability reasons. Surely I'm not the only one on this forum that has done this. If you have or have knowledge of this, I have a few questions.

Is there a cover that will now properly fit this trike?

Has anyone experienced speedometer ratio issues because of the difference between the original size tire (16') and the tire size (15') that comes with the kit? Not much difference in tire height but apparently enough to throw off the speedometer.

I have a Frankenstein kit on my 2008 883 Custom ... Exigent Bike Covers makes a nice cover that will fit ... call them and they are willing to help ... their cover is well priced also ... they dust and rain covers and fold up real small if you want to take it with you

the speedometer thing ... I installed a 30 tooth final drive gear ... with the larger drive gear and smaller diameter rear tires everything balanced out and my speedometer is right on ... I've checked it with different gps units ...

if you don't like the idea of changing the gear, I think Dakota Digital makes a unit to adjust the difference ...

Your 1200 may have a 30 tooth gear as stock ... my 883 came with a 28 and I went up 2 teeth ... you may need a 32 tooth ... I was able to use the stock belt as well ...
