I though Velorex at first . Checked it does not match. Looked through a lot of pictures of sidecars that have come and gone and have not ID it. Look around for a serial number /ID number on it if you find anything post we may find away to track it down.
Lot of manufactures have come and gone over the years.

 

Found your answer on the United Sidecar Association site ... your car was made by Vern Goodwin of Lincoln Nebraska ... Vern passed in February of 2015 ... seems his cars may have had an electric lean kit installed as well ... I also searched Vern Goodwin Sidecars and found photos of other cars like yours ... hope this helps you
