Default I'm hacked

Got my sidecar on yesterday and went for a spin. Not bad, no problems and the thing even stayed together. Took it to a big parking lot and did a lot of 8s and general turns, both rights a left. No lifting on right turns. 60 mph was the fastest I went and I did notice how it would torque when given the gas and decelerating.

Nice rig! I'm going to do some 2 wheeling this spring before I mount the Hannigan on.

We just got our first bike with a sidecar. An 08 Ultra with a HD car. Still getting the feel of it as the snow is finally gone in MN. A lot more arm strength needed now. Once in awhile I almost forget to turn the bars as opposed to just lean. Still lots of fun and our new pup loves the wind.

tsgbhalf, I know what you mean about arm strength, I'm glad I'm built heavy on the top. We just lost our snow last week and it's been 70s and 80s all week.
I haven't got my Dobie in the sidecar yet, but I will. I bought her a WWl leather flying helmet (off e-bay); got to cut the ears out, yet.

Just got through mounting a escort to an 08 Ultra Classic, who, the mounts were a chinese puzzle, without any instructions. But a good friend, gave me a couple of days and this weekend I was on the road. Everyone laughs at me as I carry my toolbox for ballast, like the Manny fix it guy on the Disney channel. As for arms I can feel it and it is not all that bad, put about 300 miles on various roads around the area. And I like it.

I just finished a 3800 mile, two week roadtrip from Virginia to Iowa and back to pickup my Motorvation sidecar and have it installed on my 09 Deluxe. The 1900 mile return trip felt like a one week upper body workout (until I actually had it properly aligned in Memphis). I love it after getting it properly aligned. Here's a picture of it the day I left Iowa.

Do you mean they didn't align it right; man I'm glad I installed mine myself. That's a hell of a long ride to get a bad install. I'd call Mary and bitch like hell, if you haven't already.
