Default Trike in the works

Been lurking for a while, and need a little help. I I'm planing to turn my Softail into a trike, due to health problems. I built a number of trikes in the 60-70s using the old 45s. as a retired Machinist and welder I intend to build my own swing arm for it. I will use a DNA from American Classic Motors on eBay. I need the dimension from the center line of the chain to the right AND left center line of the frame pinch blocks. I asked them on e-bay but they didn't know (salesman) I know the overall is 24 1/2. Want to start building it before I get the differential. can anyone help me?
Here's a picture of my bike and one of my Hot Rods.

Thanks DougnDog

why not just a cheap kit from mystery designs or Frankenstein?
all you would have to do is put it together...they usually modify the swingarms but im sure you can talk to mystery and you could do it yourself

Not too sure if this is too late, but my conversion was under $3000, and easy as hell. If you like old school and no body...

Can't help you with the measurements but most are the same as a servicar. Swingarms for those rear ends are available from DNA, Santiago, and Paughco. I used a Frankenstein rear end and swingarm with a custom metal truck bed on my softail. I really like the Mystery Designs IRS set up and the new Santiago all aluminum solid axle rear end. If I had it to do over I would have gone IRS for a better ride on these crappy Atlanta roads.

Well I don't understand when I log on I can't see my pictures, but I can when not being logged on. but I guess you guys can see them, thats all that counts.
as I said I added 6" to the distance from the counter sprocket and the final drive sprocket. being a Softail and a springer I knew I needed more rake and being a old chopper rider I stretched the down tubes 3 3/4" got the tank up off my engine and allowed me to extend my springer 9"
I have extended dozens of springers in the 60..70s using old Ford radius rods but this is my first New Harley springer I chose to mfg my own inserts inside and outside. it turned out OK but if I had to do it again I would use late 40s Ford rods.

now the post is working
I adder a oval oil tank anyone working on a softail knows how hard it is to get to your starter with the stock tank. the stance was cool but much better after the 9" extension.
the seat pan I got from a Amish farmer who make them for their plowes. its wide and comfortable I had to switch to a trike due to my health so comfortable is a plus. the back is going to have a wooden box hard to explain but I will post pictures. I used wood for the box and also my inserts for my foot boards.....and I had a woodworker make a custom dash out of the same wood.sorry my pictures got mixed up

Default Finshed

Well I got her out for a test ride yesterday....ran good. the front end is a little heavy at slow speed ( under 20 mph) as all long front ends are. but once over 20 it handles great. just have a few things to finish.. Air cleaner, speedo cable, heavier shock springs going to 1400 psi as she bottoms out on hard bumps.and my front fender mounts, by middle of next week I'll be on the road
