2009 Nightster custom paint WWII pin-up
I've had to re-list my bike as the buyer on Ebay turned out to be a scam...so I've updated the link below.
This time there's no reserve on the bike.
I am selling my custom 2009 HD Nightster. This bike is in great shape mechanically as it's got a little less than 4k miles. I purchased it new from HD.
I'm a history buff, in particular WWII and I'm also a fan of pin-up art. In WWII it was common to see pin-up art on the nose of bomber planes. I got the idea that I could recreate the concept on a Harley that would also pay tribute to the HD bikes that served in the war. So I proceeded to customize it...
I began with the pin-up concept of a sexy nurse that I'd seen online and modified it from there.
I replaced the standard pipes which for a Harley are quite tame and replaced them with Vance and Hines Short Shots which do a great job of getting your attention.
I then installed some hand made brown leather saddle bags from Leatherworks Inc.
I then had a brown custom solo seat made to match the saddlebags.
I also installed a wind screen and replaced the standard gas tank cap.
You can see the process I went through by looking at the photos I've attached as they each have a description.
The art work was done by Edgar Solis of EDS Airbrush Graphics in Edinburg TX. His work's been featured in Easy Rider.
Other than the modifications that I've listed above the bike is a stock 2009 Nightster. I've been the only owner and I have a clear title. The bike is located in the suburbs of Houston TX.
