Just posted my intro in general, but the real reason I signed up is this:

I sprung a leak! This is on left side, just under primary pulley and above transmission shaft. Already dug through shop manual, but nowhere I saw does it mention this part/sensor, nor why it would be leaking.

The problem:





It's a steady leak, I had wiped all that off last night, and these photos were taken in the morning. At first I had thought it was the primary pulley seal/collar, but now its pretty clear its coming from here. Anybody have the same problem? Anybody know what that sensor is, in hopes that I can find a replacement gasket/whatever?

That's the neutral sensor. New gasket should fix it, apparently some were over torqued at the factory causing them to fail.

 

I think part number 11900064 is the one you would need for a new gasket.
