In post #4 he indicates they are turn signals.

They're both.

You can wire them to just be turn signals, since the street doesn't have running lights, but I cannibilized the old pilot light wire to make them running/turn signals. They don't get brighter when you have your signal, they instead switch to just turn signal until it's cancled out.

Ps. Rjg883c, I am a girl.

I knew that, you ride a 'Street'.

Calm down everybody, that was a joke. I ride a Sportster and everybody knows that is a 'girls' bike.

I didn't mean to offend your femininity Casey. My comment was meant to be generic.

Streets are currently quite the girl bike. LOL, I realized this when I saw advertisement for them and they nearly were all female models.

I'm fairly difficult to offend, I was just clarifying. 'Casey' is after all, a mix-gendered name. As I'm also in the military, I'm use to being mistaken for male.

I also think the Street has successfully taken over the Girl-bike catagory from the Sportster. Missexeccph with her extremely pink and flowery model has not helped this.

I ordered the long-stem HD mirrors, I look forward to see something other than my shoulders. With the Street Rod on the market, im sure it's just a matter of time before HDMC launches a great parts-selection for its newer bikes.

Extension have been around for a life time . No one size fits all not everyone know how to set mirrors. They have straight ones and ones that kick them out a bit. The ones that angle out really help a lot of people.

Not sure , they can be painted The angled ones really do a great job of widening the view . Something just longer stem mirrors may not do for you.

Mirror extensions made for the Street out side to out side with out 29 inches with 33 Inches using stock mirrors Made by Krator cost $16 foe set . They are some what cheap the bracket extension good the hardware cheap but it works. No instruction but anyone can figure it out. Just make sure if you have moved levers you can see the hole in the bars when you thread the bolt in or it will not tighten down. To tighten it needs pass into that hole.

I had my INDY put them while I had coffee. about a 20 minute job.
