HARDLY DANGEROUS Did This Harley-Davidson Rider Screw the Pooch?



Say hello to a woman who wants to have it all. She wants to go for a cruise down the western United States' I-15 highway on her Harley-Davidson, but she also wants to take her dog with her.

As an animal lover I am totally against this type of thing. I am also against riders having a dog stand on their tank. All it would take is something unexpected to get in front of the bike. A sudden hit of the brakes would throw the dog off.

 

What if the dog starts freaking out and squirming, big distraction, safety issue. Don't like seeing lap dogs on in cars either.

 

That's awesome. Obviously, the dog has done this before, completely chilled out and enjoying the ride.

 

Stupid!

 

Stupid. Selfish. Pets belong in a car AWAY from the driver.

And what if she wrecks? She's got a helmet and leathers but the the dog will be destroyed. Fido has no chance.

 

I love my Dog more than most people....this is just looking for attention IMHO

 

I wouldn't put my friend at risk that way. I have a choice and a little say(control)? in most instances. Plus Roy likes cruising in his 4-Runner. LOL! At least a little protection. Reminds me of what my Dad use to say about some people, "no brain, no pain"!

I agree with most of what has already been said. I think it's over the top and quite ignorant. It just seems selfish, does not look very comfortable, and in the even of a wreck the poor pooch is screwed (no pun intended).
