That officer was alright. Speeding tickets really screw with the insurance rates.

This bush came out and gave me a ticket.......

 

Great Alberta cop! You are very lucky. Last two times I have been pulled over by OPP in Ontario, I got the full ticket. They Have a station close to where I live, so I get most of my tickets just Km's from my house.

 

Play stupid games win stupid prizes. Cool your jets and open up when you know it is safe. Just had a rebuild so dying to open up but we recently had an NC HP kill a pedestrian so if I do get pulled over, not sure how my planned line will go.

 

Yeah. They really don't get better than this guy and if it was anyone else other than him, I probably would've been stuck with a lot more in fines and would've lost the bike.

The backstory to this ticket because there is some ... the police had the highway shut down behind me and I blew the doors off the ghost car that pulled me over. Usually I'm a couple roads north of this testing but still not an excuse for speeding. As I told the officer who pulled me over and the judge I went to see when I ask for an extension on my fines ... we did take it to the race tracks in the province. They weren't big enough to safely check the top end of this bike. The officer said I didn't drop below 185 pulling that hill. Not bad for a 750 wide open in 6th pulling a hill, if you ask me.
