Maybe the road is in better shape now

 

Come hot weather, those tar snakes between Oatman and Kingman are treacherous.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

 

If that road could talk, 20th Century American history at it's best.
Too bad a lot of the road is undriveable and disappeared.

I Read recently that more than 80% is still drivable, & IMO the section from Topock to Seligman is the best.

 

I`ve gone this way in a car but I would rather come in from Bullhead city side less chance of going over the edge ! BTW nice video !

 

Nice ride. Almost as many tar snakes there as we have on every back road around here. Very slippery in the summer heat.
