AR, Great pics from the ride, was a blast ridin with you guys. Definitely gonna try and make the hand off when the mascot makes it way back east. Bruce: I seriously don't think I would have injured anyone if I did toss a grenade into that, no.....I can't even call it a diner.....I've eaten in some questionable places, but there was no question about that place, none of us would've made it more than a block after chowin down in that s h i t hole. Hey Karl, how's those onions tastin.....LOL We really should start thinkin of a date for the Bear Mountain Ride.

The Mascot has arrived in the ‘Burgh! Well 30 miles north in Zelienople PA anyway! Met with Keener (aka Crash) in Ducansville PA at the local HD dealer today. Sort of half way between State College and Pittsburgh. Round trip was about 250 miles for me and I’m thrilled to be part of this. Keener was the first member I’ve met and it was a cool experience. Great guy! Since I was first on the scene I went into the dealership and looked around for a bit. Told the sales lady I was going to meet someone and kinda gave her the run-down on what was going on with the mascot exchange. Before long Crash pulled up and I recognized his bike. We made the handover of the mascot outside and got some pics (Crash has them and I’m sure he’ll post them soon).Two of the sales women were curious at that point and came out and checked out the mascot and all the sigs. Said they’re gonna check out the website and see what we were up to. They thought it was cool.

We had lunch and just shot the sh1t a little. And Crash…thanks again for picking up the tab! Next time it’s on me! After lunch we parted ways and the whole experience was great. Was really cool knowing who all had the mascot and now it was traveling in my bags

Well, that’s my quick recap of things. It was a great day of riding and hot to boot. Beats being at work. Anyone who wants it PM me. I guess it’s to head to the Midwest Rally for the June 17th get-together.

Had a GREAT time carrying the Mascot and meeting Scott aka Coaster. The ride was great and the little restaurant we stopped at (recommended by the girls at Apple HD in Duncansville) was awesome. Scott and I had some good conversation then headed for home in opposite directions. Scott next time we'll sample a few of those microbrews... I'll post pics in the travels thread.

Well, the mascot is still in Zelienople PA (30 miles north of Pittsburgh). Got a PM from Mike (Unclemike) today and we hooked up for a meet, a few miles, and a couple of cold ones. Was a real pleasure to meet you Mike! We gotta be IL bound if the mascot stays with me. We can get it the mascot to the Rally on time for the 17th meet. It'll be fun, besides it's neither work nor death so it sounds like a good time

Just want to say thanks to Coaster for taking time out from his busy schedule to allow me to take a short ride with him and the Mascot. Didn't know you were snapping all those pics though. I'll have to be more careful what I'm doing the next time we get together. Feel like I was on Candid Camera. Good thing I'm not in the WPP. If you can't find anyone to pick up the Mascot we might just have to take it to IL. ourselves....Thanks again.
