Lil bit of help with Thundermax PLEASE ...
Heys fellow riders ....I have 2012 RG and recently added a Thunder Max performance module . Having a lil trouble here too I must say . I have added my new 02 sensors and wired and have my laptop hooked up to it as I type this and not REAL sure I know what all I'm doing . I have , I think , loaded up the best map for my bike and I show an check engine light on my speedo . The code I have is a P2128 TGS2 . I understand it means P2128 TGS2 High but that tells me nothing really . I use the Thundermax program to clear the code and the light comes right back on . )(*&^%$#@!&*^%$#@
Not real good support that I got over the phone , 1st time , on helping a novice computer installer on my bike . Any help would be greatly appreciated !
Anyone here that might be kind enough and knowledgeable enough to help me get back running stronger than ever , your welcome to call me . IM for any help or for my phone number .
Just a lil extra info .....I'll check my connectors . It worked fine with the stock Harley module though . Tech says that Thundermax will pickup so much more than the stock pc does .
It does make sense thought If it's throttle related since my hand throttle is sluggish to the Thundermax system and max's out the RPM at 3200 RPM's . All I know Is that I'm not happy with my system after paying out nearly 800 dollars for something that was what I thought a plug and ride system and now my bike has been down for a couple weeks with no help from the Thundermax people I bought it from . VERY dishearting !
Thanks again in advance !

That's a twist grip sensor code, it's putting your bike in limited performance, that's why it's not letting you go above 3200 RPM's. Are you positive yo put in a MAP for your year Touring bike? I would suggest trying another MAP first. Make sure it is for your year bike, and it is a touring MAP. If the problem re-occurs try removing the Thundermax and hooking your stock ECM up just to see if the code re-appears. That way we can decide if the code is coming from components on your bike or from the Thundermax.

I already hooked my original stock module back up and no service engine light .
I did , I think , remap it day before yesterday and let it idle till the temp got up too 225 degrees and then turned it off and I haven't started it back yet . I will try it this afternoon when I get home and see what happens .
