1newmaninchrist, are you planning any further upgrades aside from A/C and pipes?

I'm no expert (like ultra), but I have the DK Customs 587 AC, I'm told that pretty much all high flow ac's are the same so go with the one you like the appearance of most, I'm not sure this is entirely true but I've been happy. I also use their external breathing bolts.

For tuner, there seems to be little doubt that power vision is the preferred system! Infinitely tune able and easy to use. In my case I went with the V&H FP3 which has been perfect for my original intent. Plug and play plus has a fair bit of adjustability, about $150 less than PV. That being said it is not intended for use in engines that go beyond exhaust and AC which may be what ultra was alluding to.

I'm about to install new cams, I contacted V&H and submitted the specs of the new cams and they have said that they will send me some adjustments for the map. If it works then great, I've been happy with the service of them. If it doesn't then I'll be buying a PV with a nice $350 FP3 sitting around doing nothing. But to be fair to V&H they are completely honest about what it's good at and they responded to my email within 24 hours that they were more than willing to help get me a suitable map for the new cams.

robbyville you're close sir...

they're not all the same but unless you're dealing with a bike of 115HP or more, then any good quality A/Cs will flow more air than your motor will ever use.

Thanks didn't know that! Out of Curiosity, what type of AC would you use with a large motor like that?

Kevin has a good product, SE Heavy Breather, Kuryakyn Mach II is a good product. there are several of them out there. Funny thing is I hate Kuryakyn products but that A/C is a proven performer and doesn't look half-bad either.
