2007 street glide stalls when I pull the clutch in to decelerate
I've read other threads about similar problems. I'm gonna try to spray a little carb cleaner in the IAC. Hopefully it's just some bad gas. Just got the bike and it just started doing it and I also heard a pop come from the exhaust.

Very likely the IAC, there was a Harley TSB for this on 07 bikes. Fortunately this items is fairly inexpensive.
