Single or dual fire ignition system for kickstart conversion
Im gonna be getting a kickstart conversion for my Evo and Im wanting to know what would be better for kickstarting a single or dual fire ignition system?
Im also trying to decide between Crane Hi-4 with the kickstart option switch or the Dynatek Dyna S. I have heard better things about Dyna S for kickstarting. I would like some opinions on this dilemma
Thanks in advance

My 1 kick only bike was an 113" evo and it had a morris snap(impulse) mag. The issue was never the spark, it was getting the fuel air mix primed in the cylinders properly without setting it off when you tried to find tdc. They are expensive but they work. My bike didn't even have a battery at all.

Oh yea I know they are expensive and I would love to have a magneto on my Evo but unfortunately this is the only option for me at this time is which ignition system would my best option for the easiest kick with little to no kickback. My shovel hyperextended my knee several times over the years. And I converted it back to points because its an easy fix on the side of the road.

I also prefer dual fire. Simplicity and cost are both a factor.

My stock ignition on my 91 with the SE plug in worked flawlessly. Then I got talked into a single fire set up, nothing but problems. I finally just re-installed the factory set up with the SE plug in and........ Voila!! no more problems.
