Default Smart tune-pro super tuner

would setting the AFR to 13.2 in all cells prevent the smart tune from being able to work? I read somewhere in a old thread to set it rich, then do some smart tunes, update the VE tables and then set the AFR back to normal. Will this work?

No because when you enable smartune it will reset the afr table to 14.6. If you want to come in from the rich side you will have to either increase your ve tables, increase your cu. inches or decrease your injector constant. I would probably increase the cu. inches depending on the calibration.
