Default My FuelMoto 107" Just Dyno'd

I just got home from having my 2007 Deluxe dyno tuned at Werner House of Horsepower in Maize, KS. Dusty came highly recommended.

Over the winter I did the FuelMoto 107" with TW-777 and 42" Cholo's. The bike dyno'd at 98.5 hp and 111 Torque. Before the dyno, the bike would sputter when I twisted the throttle. That's gone now! But, when I'm in 1st going a couple mph and then twist the throttle, the bike kind of goes silent and then a POP! I called Dusty and I'm going back on Saturday to get that fixed.

The tune took 3 hrs at a cost of $195. Three hours seemed kind of short to me. But, this is the first time I have had a biked dyno'd. Dusty mentioned that with the long pipes I'm leaving some HP on the table. But, I already knew that. I'm still happy with 98.5 hp (was hoping for 100) and 111 torque.

Dusty seem's like a stand up guy and I'm sure he will get the tune smoothed out. I just have a feeling he didn't want to deal with tuning the 42" Cholo's. But, I could be completely wrong.

Anyway, I have a 33 hp gain from stock and I'm very happy with that!

Oh, I will scan the dyno sheet at work tomorrow and post it.

That combo with a proper exhaust and head work should be pushing 115/120 all day long. With no head work I think those #'s are about right.

Very respectable numbers for a 107" B motor with stock heads, stock 46mm throttle body and drag style pipes. Well done

Thanks Jamie! I still get a lot of decal pop. Can that be tuned out or is it the nature the 42" Cholo's?

I will have the heads and TB done next winter.

Congrats. I looked at their 107 and still like it, but went with S and S mr103 cams only due to finances. Although a few guys friends were pushing the 777s. Oddly enough our numbers are similar. Not huge numbers but fun for sure!
