I would check the vacuum cap on top of the throttle body and make sure it isn't missing. Also check for air leak around the intake to heads. If low fuel pressure it would act up when you ask for more power not as likely at slow speed as yours is doing and run fine at load. A dirty IAC can cause this issue also. The broken injector wire can do lots of ignorant stuff too..
