Default PV AutoTune Pro Problem

I have the power vision I have been running since last year. Never had an issue with it. I just purchased the AutoTune Kit, and installed the Wideband O2 in my new pipes. When I try to run AT Pro, no grids fill in and the main screen shows no changes made. If I disable, then run AT Basic, everything works as it should. In Pro I get WBF:! WBR:! Errors. All my wires and plugs look fine. Could my brand new O2's be faulty?

Any help would be appreciated!

Either the wide band sensors, or their connections are faulty.

It's highly unlikely that both sensors would be bad out of the box, so I'd go over the wiring again. Check from the sensors to the adapter box and then from the adapter to the PV. Something isn't right.

I just installed mines last week with no issues. You can try this test as shown in the Autotune instruction manual:

http://www.powercommander.com/downlo.../at110_120.pdf

O2 sensor test
1. The Auto Tune kit has a built in circuit which allows
you to test the sensor accuracy and condition.
2. Remove the sensor from the exhaust system and hold
in ambient air.
3. Verify the Auto Tune kit has been powered up for at
least 1 minute.
4. Press and hold the function button on the front of
the corresponding Auto Tune kit for 3 seconds and
release the button.
5. The LED light will blink rapidly, pause for a moment,
and then begin to flash.
6. Count the number of flashes and refer to the chart.
7. Retest the sensor if there is any question as to the
purity of the air during the test.

Most likely either the CAN termination plug is not plugged in or is loose at the AT module or the data cable does not have a proper connection either at the PV or the AT module. The LED on the AT module will blink as the sensor are heated, after about 30 seconds it was stay lit meaning the sensors are live and operational.
