I need help identifying a throttle body!!

Default I need help identifying a throttle body!!
I have a 2000 SE road glide with a bored and stroked 95 to a 103. I bought it used and the throttle body shaft broke but I can not find another throttle body like mine anywhere. Maybe someone recognizes,it and can help. Thanks

That is some type of Frankenstein TB there. I think you would have an easier time finding a machine shop that could fabricate a new shaft.
