Harley pro tuner

Can I make changes to several tuning tables, save the changes I make to each and do a single download? Or do I have to save each changed table and download them individually?

Make and save all your changes, then download (I think you mean upload).

Different maps on the software

I notice that on some of the maps, the ACR is turned off. Why would they turn this off , or are they just letting you know so I can turn it on.

Some of the ones with the ACR turned off are for changes from 96 to 103. The 96 had no ACR and the 103 stock did. If you leave it on on an engine that didn't have them it will set an engine code.
