Boy, she smell bad

Exclamation Boy, she smell bad

when I strat her, she smell gaz, -a lot- and the other day, returning from a 20miin ride, I had to go around the wife car to get to the garage door, by doing so I passe along the house by a open window,,, and the wife came to the garage a minute or so after I opark, and said that a big smell or gaz has when throught the window hen I passe by,,,,,,,,,,,? ? ?

I realize that you're from Quebec but you need to find a friend up there that can help with your English typing.

Well, sometime I do forget to read back before sending my message, but I do my best.


now back to my problem,,, what could be the problem, has I said in the first message, it's look like that gaz emmition is too hight, she smell gaz when I start and also during the run, so what now?????

Look around the engine for wet spots. Probably your quick connect, under the tank, is leaking.

Thanks, I'll have a look, but I will be surprise if this is the problem because there is no gaz smell when it's not running, it does that when I start, running idle, no mather if it is at the begening or at the end of a trip.

Most likely does it while running because the fuel line is now pressurized.

Yes and those quick disconnect/connect fittings sometimes lose their solid connection and then you'll have all sorts of screwy problems and codes. Also check the fitting that connects to the throttle body side.
