14 SGS with stage 1 kit. Wanted to upgrade exhaust, so I called dealer about me installing vance and Hines duals and him dyno tuning it afterwards. He said sure, bring in your orange tuner you got with bike and we'll do it. Well, you know the story, Street tuner that comes with stage 1 kit won't work, now I'm stuck with either an additional 500 charge for correct tuner, or selling duals.
I felt like I had made all the calls I needed, talked to 2 dealers concerning this, and still had misinformation concerning the tuners.
Sux....

May as well go ahead with the new tuner. It's going to come sooner or later.

To add insult to injury..... Just picked bike up and they charged me 78.00 to tell me it was the wrong tuner.

 

Pulled the duals off.. Reinstalled factory pipes with street cannons as before..... Saving the 750.00.....

For what it is worth, if you talk to the service manager maybe he will apply the $78.00 toward the tune.
