Default TTS spark assist help

I am looking for help with spark settings, spark assist keeps removing timings from the rear cylinder to the point that my rear timing table has 8 degrees less spark than the front in the same area and it still wants to remove more timing. It is continually removing timing in the 1500rom-2000rpm 55kPa-65kPa area (there have been changes in other areas on both cylinders but accepting the spark assist changes stopped the suggested removal in those areas).
I want to start by saying that i do not actually know if this is a definite problem or not. But by looking at my starting table and other starting tunes i cannot find any that show such differences in spark maps and i am wanting to figure out if i am heading in the right direction by continuing to run spark assist and remove timing.
What i have--06 Electra Glide with full headers and free flowing mufflers, SE203 cams, free flowing air filter. I did the O2 conversion and started with CPZ176 base tune. During tuning the O2 sensors appear to be switching "evenly" when watching playback.
What i have done so far--using a remote screen, I vtuned (with spark assist and egr) until 1k-4k showed white in all areas (except for shaded extended areas) Then i began spark assist tuning only. I made 4 spark assist tuning runs and it kept removing timing in the above named areas, so i reran vtune with all areas still showing white except for 3 cells in each cylinder which had minor changes. After last night i am set to run my 9th tune install, after the second (confirmation) vtune run. I do this with the adaptive knock retard limit table set to zero. Along the way I have checked for intake and exhaust leaks--both of which were replaced last year. i have not found any leaks. I have visually checked the spark plug wires and boots. Slightly tightened the boot connection--to be sure. i have replaced the spark plugs with new stock plugs. I am riding in 80-95 degree weather with engine temps ranging between 220-245 at 50-65mph (varying with outside temp and speeds)
I may have posted all this information to be told that such differences in tables is normal and to continue running spark assist, which is fine if everyone believes this doesnt present some type of problem having such differences in timing tables (and its not done yet). If anything, the other starting tables appear to have more timing in the rear cylinder than the front ( i guess to help with heat?). Part of me believes if there were some type of "mechanical" problem that it would want to remove timing all over the table and not in a specific area. But admittedly, i am a newbie to electronic tuning and am looking for someones experience for help.
Below are links to latest tune generated, datamaster file from latest test run, vtune pdf showing the verification vtune with little changes to VE and pics of current spark tables and spark tables showing comparison of spark changes

hope the below links work
