NB 02 Sensor Voltages with Powervision
Just got my Powervision up and running, and my Front and Rear O2 Sensor voltages are reading 3.02V using the Powervision Gauges? I'm thinking this should be around 0.5V since they are the stock Narrowband sensors, but ECM doesn't have any codes stored regarding the 02's???
I've ran multiple searches and can't seem to find an answer. I'm new to the Harley world, so any advice would be appreciated.

Bottom line is all NB o2 sensors constantly swing up and down right at 1 volt. The factory can offset that voltage to anything they want provided the voltage never goes below 0 volts and never goes above 5 volts.
So you may be seeing a low of 3 volts and a high of 4 volts. If that is the one volt swing you are seeing, then the lowest reading of three volts, will be full lean and the high reading of 4 volts is rich. If you take your low reading and add .45 volts, that voltage will be a Lambda of 1 or really close to an AFR of 14.7.
The min voltage and max voltage you are seeing is simply a setting in the Pro version of the tuning software. Most people will never see this setting as you are most likely looking at the basic version of the tuning software.
Hope this helps

Thanks. I am getting the 3.02 V readings from the Powervision gauges when I select "Front 02 Sensor Volts" and "Rear 02 Sensor Volts" to be displayed. The readings are constant throughout warm-up and cruising for 30-40min. I can't find any info to confirm if this is displaying supply voltage to the sensors, or if is supposed to be signal voltage and my 02's are bad.
Another note, is that during Autotune they stay "Open". The green datamap shows NBF:0 and NBR:0 over it....

I can now...since the bike is new to me I decided to double check the sensor wiring, previous owner did not disclose that 02 sims were installed! Plugged the sensors back in and warmed the bike up, voltages seem to be dropping down within range and the autotune map started recording hits/highlighting cells.
Thanks for your help!
