I have recently installed a FM stage 1 AC, RCX Power Max header and a set of RCX 4.5" slip-ons on my 2014 Ultra Classic. I have flashed the ECM with my Power Vision and a map from FM. The bike seems to run ok but rich at idle. I am considering having it dyno tuned or installing the Dynojet Target Tuner as I am challenged in the tuning area. Any suggestions on tuners located in the Central Ohio area or the Target Tuner? Or would I be better served working with Fuel Moto to get it right.

We are happy to assist you no problem. I sent the following response to the email you sent, and if you need any help just give a call or email.

For fine tuning your Fuel Moto map I would recommend using the Auto Tune Basic application with your Power Vision. This works very well and allows you to automatically populate tune corrections using the factory O2 sensors.

We generally recommend three, 20 minute sessions- updating the tune between each session. If this does not correct the issues with your tune you are welcome to send us the tune you created with Auto Tune and we will take a look and make any necessary adjustments. If you need any assistance you are welcome to contact us with any required tuning support or questions along the way.

I purchased the Target tune about 2 weeks ago and my bike has never ran so good since I started doing mods to it.

 

Check out Roder Racing a little north of you. Very good tuner there. (419)465-2247

 

For an update, I ran the auto tune sessions per Jamie at Fuel Moto and then sent the tune file to him for review and updates. Now the bike runs great, runs cooler, has more acceleration and sounds great. Thanks for all your help Jamie.
