Default Engine swap, new tuner required?

I'm swapping the 96 motor in my 2009 road king out with a new 2016 103 motor. The bike is currently tuned with the old TTS MasterTune (black box) and I'm wondering if that same tuner will work with the new motor, or will I have to spring for a new tuner?

It'll still do the job, the tuner isn't married to the engine, its married to the ECM.
