Default Best Tune

Ok, so I am sure this might have been answered already, but I guess each bike is different. Was wondering what the best Tuner/setup would be best for the most.

09 RK Classic 96"
Reignhart slipons
K&N air filer on a Screaming Eagle kit
Not sure what mapping is done to the bike. Bought used at a dealership that was once owned by service manager. So I am guessing a basic stage one from dealership.
I want to remove cat from pipes. Too damn hot!

Is there any other tips that I should be looking at? Cams?

Thanks.

The best tuning software on the market is the TTS Master Tune....bar none, however, you have to know someone who knows how to use it or it's useless.
Do not remove the cat from the pipe.....buy a good header to replace the stock header. Fullsac DX Header is the best in my opinion, Rush has a good product, Fat Cat is good.

Ijust had a guy here last week from Tenn. for a tune up.....he said he couldn't find anyone in the Smoky Mountain area to tune either. I don't have any on in that area that I have trained but if you tell me how far you are willing to drive I will look what I have.

The best tuner for the vast majority of Big Twin riders is one that:
1. Cost under $400.
2. You can install and download maps yourself.
3. Has Autotune that you can run anytime anywhere you want.
Really, how many riders EVER go beyond 60% TP and 5000 RPM
