Have you ever replaced the fuel filter?
It will allow the bike to run ok until you ask it to accelerate through the rpms, then runs lean until it has a chance to catch up when the rpms and load is reduced or the bike is shut off then restarted.

I didn't replace it but had it apart and it {seemed] good fuel flows through it freely. It runs perfect until it gets hot then starts acting up. I may just pick 1 up and try it anyway, I had a question asked . did I smell fuel in the oil and i checked and the oil does smell gassy. I feel like everything I try is spinning to some thing else. I am going to try temp sensor tomorrow.
I appreciate all of the ideas I am getting . nothing of mine is ever easy always an adventure.
