Could someone tell me where the red, green and black wires on a HD 32400-80 Sensor plate connect?

Hi Mike and welcome to HDF from the UK. I don't know, but the MoCo sell the factory service manuals for bikes going way back, including yours. I recommen you buy one if you don't have one. And no, not one of the cheap aftermarket books!
