Default removing PV autotune

So, my softail is an 05 FI bike, but did not come from the factory with o2's
so in order to autotune i had to get the AT kit for my PV, my question is i really like the "clean" look around my pipes without the 02's and wiring, i also don't leave the PV on the bike because my Dakota digital speedo gives all the same info, has anyone ever hooked all the AT stuff up, run a few AT sessions then un-install everything and replug the o2 bungs?
is it a pain?
i was planning to hook it all up, neatly run all the wires togeather to the AT and PV, start the AT run, then toss then into a backpack or my swingarm bag till i was done, flash the new AT map, then take it all off.

The AT Pro kit is only good for tuning, so yea, once finished doing that you can take it all off again just like the PV itself.

One of the tricks to street tuning tho is watching the hits screen to get as many hits as possible in as many cells as you can manage.

The other way is logging decent runs with plenty variety, and analysing the data (but again try to hit as many of those rpm/tps(orMAP) cells)

Uh, it is not quite that simple, but the answer to your question is, yes, remove them.

You will need to leave them on as long as you are tuning the bike. Once you are satisfied with your tune you can take them off.

Just keep in mind, it may only take a few Auto tune runs to dial in, or it may take much more, depending on what changes were made, how close the starting map is to your set-up, etc.

Jamie @ fuelmoto sent me a map he said "should be close", i did a 97" big bore with 583 ez-start cams, he said while they've never delt with this exact setup, he'd get me in the ballpark, so im hoping it won't take much to dial it in, really, the bike seems to run great already, i have done basic AT before on a sporty i had, this will be the first time using AT pro.
