Default new ECM
hello all , i got my ECM of my road king 2007 fried so i replaced it by a used ECM same part number , the bike is running for 3 seconds and switched off , no response from the throttle , and key lamp on the dashboard is flickering , and i dont have a fob for it , any help please

Need to perform password learn procedure. Possible without dealer but must follow the book procedure exactly. Easiest to get dealer to do it.

the dealer asked for a new ecm and fob it cost 600$
