Brake light stays lit

Brake light stays lit
[align=left]Just noticed this issue with my 07 Road King Classic with 600 miles and my brake light stay's lit all the time. I've checked the fuse and it's good; I noticed the piece of plastic that holds the bulb looks a little burned but that's it. Anyone have ideas?

[align=left]Your right it's a bad brake switch which is also affecting the cruise control, maybe since it's part of the same circuit. We'll for now the bike is at the dealership, i figure to let them handle it since it's under warranty. Unfortunately they told me it will take a week or two....don't understand but they are pretty busy.
