AHarley dealer in the Phoenix area did a Stage 1, SERT, and Dyno on my bike. After the "tune", the bike pinged a little. Back again (100 miles each way) and they made it worse.I spent over $1000 to fix problems with the design of a brand new bike and they still cannot make it right. I'm skeptical about giving them the bike a third time.However, ifIdecide to go elsewhere and pay again, I will document the problem to senior management everywhere.

Need a recommendation for a good Dyno Tuner in the Tucson/Phoenix area. Also, what are the implications on warranty if you do not use Harley?

I use to have Pro Dyno in Tempe do my cars and think they also did harleys but i'm not sure.

Located across from Deer Valley Air Port on the North side of town. They do a lot of dyno tune ups for some of the well known Custom Bike makers here like Bourgets, and others. I had another bike done there, it was well worth the money.
